Managed to forget my flower girl bouquets, ring bearer and FIL boutonniere, and my MIL flowers for my wedding this summer.When I called the day after my wedding, she tried to put the blame on me and referenced an email from months prior and never kept the most current email with the list of my order and never tried to give me any of my money back for the flowers she forgot. If I hadn't payed in cash I would have disputed the charge. Shame on me for thinking I could trust a small town florists. As much as I liked her work and the flowers that I did receive, she is clearly poorly organized and lacks a system for larger jobs. Its quite unfortunate. I hope no one else has a bad experience on the day of their wedding as I did. I will never return after the way she made me feel when I called her the day after. Totally unprofessional.
